SOUTH JORDAN CITY SUBDIVISION PROJECT NOTICES

Check the below locations for active and upcoming road maintenance in your area.

What you need to know:

The asphalt surface will be closed to all traffic starting at 7 AM.
NOTE: Crews may not be there at exactly 7am. However, the area will still be closed.
Cars parked in the maintenance area after 7 AM will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Do not walk or drive on the surface during the closure, including backing out of driveways.
The sealcoat requires curing time; thus, the asphalt surface will be inaccessible until 7 AM.
Park on nearby streets or parking lots during the closure.
Towing services will be available for vehicles not moved from the maintenance area.
You will be liable for any damages to the surface (e.g., driving or walking on it, water damage).
Repair costs range from $500 to $3,000.
Move all parked cars, trailers, and debris from the road.
Street cleaning and preparation will occur the day before the project begins.
Turn off sprinklers 12 hours before the project starts and leave them off for 12 hours after completion.

Your cooperation will help complete the project quickly and with minimal inconvenience. Inclement weather may halt the project, potentially requiring an additional day for closure. You will be notified of any changes.
