When is the best time to treat pavement?
Pavement is best preserved early in its life. We recommend treatment within 1-2 years after placement, and subsequent treatments every 5-10 years. Crack sealing is commonly needed every 2 to 3 years to prevent water from entering the base. Parking lot striping is typically recommended every 2-3 years, depending on traffic conditions.

The elements that commonly deteriorate asphalt: traffic, weather conditions, normal wear and tear, and chemical spills/oil leakage.
What's the warranty?

What components make up your sealcoat product?
Sealcoat is made up of asphalt emulsion, finely crushed slate, mineral fillers, polymers, and water for workability.
What is the best way to repair deep cracks or potholes?
The best treatment for wide or deep cracks (over 1½”) is a hot pour mastic material. Mastic provides flexibility, while adding structural integrity back to the pavement. Shallow pot holes also benefit from mastic from a cost and performance standpoint.
